Community Gifts

This is just one way we support the communities our people live and work in. Since it was launched in 2000, Community Gifts has donated over £1.3 million to projects with lasting local benefits. To date, more than 500 organisations and 42,000 individuals have benefitted from our funding.

Projects we support

Our contribution plays a large role in local communities where we have offices. These include Liverpool, Stockton-on-Tees, Northampton, Cardiff and Glasgow in the United Kingdom, Hamburg in Germany, and Delaware in the United States.

Most of our offices around the world have set up dedicated Community Teams. In Germany, for example, a charity committee regularly meets to arrange fundraising events.

In the past, our Community Gifts funding has helped:

  • Buy toys for playgroups
  • Purchase computers
  • Redevelop the playgrounds of local schools
  • Sponsor school trips
  • Care for sexually abused and terminally ill children
  • Supply blankets and food to homeless charities and run social events for disadvantaged community groups.
